Basic 8 (JHS 2 )

Overview

Integrated Science at the Basic 8 level is designed to develop in learners the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values necessary to understand their natural and physical environment. The subject integrates key concepts from biology, physics, chemistry, and earth science to help learners make sense of the world around them through inquiry and practical exploration.

The focus is on hands-on learning, critical thinking, and application of scientific principles to everyday life in Ghanaian society.
